Default Rugged Ridge Pine Wood Derby Jeep!

There is no doubt we take our Jeepn' seriously; this is engineering at its finest!

"Its that time a year again. A time when goodhearted young men take a stab at a block of wood and try to turn it into a sleek racer. Boy Scouts everywhere compete to build cars from blocks of wood and are awarded for their speed and creative design. Of course the real fun happens when these same young men turn to their adult roles models in search of guidance...."

I bet it went over the 5oz weight limit.

My son and I just finished his racer. Race is 3/21. Can't wait to see it go !

Wow, I loved my pine wood derby days... This thread just had me flashing back HARD!

Great job on the Jeep pine wood derby rig. I always had bad, blocky, fun, I did it myself cars compared to the "My dad made it and told me to race it" types.

Cool derby car! My fastest one was my Hershey's racer I made, it looked just like a candy bar going down the track. I took first place for adults, lol.

Great Derby car. We always encouraged the different kind of racer, ice cream trucks, squires, etc.
