My other problem is I only have a single car garage. I live in a town home condo so there's not much room to do these kind of jobs. My buddy has a large garage with a lift so I will wait till he gets back and we'll do it then.

I just put mine in with a buddy a couple weeks ago - took 3 hours to do and the last one (rear passenger in this case) was a real pain in the butt. Otherwise it went really fast. Great look at the end - not really noticeable as such, but it just seems to have a better stance.
When I did mine we checked alignment and the steering wheel, but both were good to go. Four hours labor plus a charge for alignment and a a charge for bringing in an outside part??? Sounds like you need a different auto shop.
Have fun, take it easy and be safe!

Would it be possible to install just one of these front spacers without the link kits and rear spacer. My 2012 has the max tow and I just want to reduce the amount of front end rake. A one inch front lift would make the difference I am looking for.

Yes, I'm pretty sure you can order only 1" spacers at a much lower price.

After reading all the other post on this thread I think I'm just going to have get this kit instead of the 2.5. I really just want to give that jeep look and get rid of the rake. I have 265/75r16 tires right now and don't plan on getting anything bigger, it's a DD so I like the mpg's I'm getting. The more I think about it the 2.5 lift might look a little out of place with such a small tire on it. And a may get 1.5 spacers to fill put the stance too. I have the 2010 factory sport wheels.
