You can run 34" tires with this!

Those are 305/65R18 tires on this new 2009 JK with this kit.

Question:

I happen to like the rake of the JK.... wondering if anyone here has ditched 1 puck on each side of the front to go 1" + 1".... anyone see any cause for concern doing this?

Anyone done it with pictures, or know someone who has.

And if you only went with 1" and 1" would you need the new endlinks they send you or could you stick with the stock fronts

Ideally I'd like to go 1 and 1, go to a 33" tire and 1.25" spacer, throw some differential guards on, and call it a night.

I've only used 1 front spacer the two times i had this kit. Just means your alignment will be less screwed up.

Post Love this kit

I put this kit on my X a couple of months ago. The install took about 5 hours including doing BDS shocks and the 1.5 " spidertrax spacers. I am getting ready to put on some 285/70/17 procomp extreme mud terrains on my baby. I bought some chromed rubicon wheels that I think really look nice.
i can't wait to get my new tires

Well, its not required. Personally, I find the stock stabilizer to be an utter joke. And mine failed within 20k miles. I run a TeraFlex one now, which is greatly improved over the stocker.

but if you are running those tires now and have no issues, you will probably be fine.
