Excellent suggestion...I find the SPEED channel always motivating when I'm working on small projects such as this...

Thats to much work H bomb the way I wired up my slim lites was to just add more wire. I fed the wire through the bar first made my conections to my lights. Put shrink tube around the connections and that part stays inside the light bar. I made other connections underneath the lightbar (frame area) that I just tapped up real good and used some electric grease on the connections so it would not corrode. So if I need or want to take the bar off I just undo the connections underneath and remove for bolts and take off the light bar. Here is a pic of the shrink tube connections.
As for the headlight bulbs I do not even remove the grille. I remove the airbox and just move the power steering resivor out of the way. But the light bar would just remove with 4 bolts if I needed to take the grill off.

How to get?
Believe that I like to may toss my name in to get one of these. Is price still $99? Looking for a good mod / light attachment that works with well with stock suspension. Wife insists that the front 'needs something'.
OK - I'm new to the forum, so please provide instruction on how to get my mitts on one. Got my JK last week - not my first Jeep but its been about 10 years. Thanks!!

This is a great mod for anyone interested in a grill guard/light bar but costs only a fraction of what a replacement bumper does. Simple to install and looks great!

Hopefully this will make it a little harder to steal them, ok here are some pics of the lock set.side view:
top view:
it says they fit all piaa lights except the 80 series and other brands with 10x1.5mm bolts and no more than 3/4" exposed threads.(illastration)

I bought this set for my winshield light's with the mopar bracket's, well that didn't work so now there gonna go on my Grill Guard when it gets here.... soon I hope
