Thanks for the post. You're options are almost endless so it may be best to call us. We can help you find a wheel and tire package that fits the look and function you are wanting. Generally speaking though, with your 2.5" lift a 33" tire and wheel combo will bolt up easily. If you want to push the limits a 35" combo is also very doable with little modifications. Call TC at 1.888.459.4080 ext 51826. TC has a 2012 JKU and knows the fitments well.

Here is my sons 2013 JK with level 8 trackers, 285/70/17 Goodyear DT's, 2.5" Teraflex Coil/Spring lift. I think the stance is perfect.

What offset did your son go with? i cant decide if i want the -19 or -30. With the -30 i have heard a 12.5 Duratrac tire will stick out about 2-3/4 inches past stock fenders.
