Are there any upgraded latch pins from the ones sold with the carrier?

i used these from harbor freight ..thats the only thing i didnt like about the carrier

I saw two different latch pins, easy grip hitch pin and the 4" hitch pin. Which one did you use for your tire carrier?

What can I use to mount my license plate on the EVO tire carrier?

it comes with a built in mount for the plate.. you just need a light..

Just call your local Police Department , ask to speak with a Traffic officer. I would assume its the law in every state. I know it 's a requirement in Ohio and California.
