sip, what size and kind of tires did you go with? I would be interested to see how they are in the snow if we get any this year!

Finally got some pics of the 33x12.5/15 Duratracs on the Chaos 5 rims. The mud is from just going down the dirt road that takes me home. If you like a clean jeep make sure to get wheels with more backspacing.

Glad the Duratracs don't pick up rocks like the Duelers did.

What is the weight combination of GY duratracs on 17s with MB72s ?

How much can you clear on a stock ride?

Have there been any reported wheel bearing issues with the 15ss and 33s?

Is there a lighter 17 than the duratrac that is in the same class? I know MB72s and SRAs would cut unsprung weight, but the tire itself isn't as good as a duratrac. What I am asking is whether or not there is a better tire like the duratrac, that is lighter, or as light?

Will Firestone Destination Ats in 285/70r17 on MB n72s clear a stock JK? Do you sell them?

TIA.

I have 33 duratracs and 15 mb72's. I have had no problem in my axles. Been runnin them a good 10k miles.

They are a tab bit heavier per corner by 9 lbs over stock. Don't know what 17 weight is.

The duratrac is a great tire and you won't hate yourself after buying. It is truly a great a/t tire. It handles well with everything I have done to it.

Looks great dirty! (Like a real jeep!) One edit... If you want a clean jeep you'd want a wheel with more backspace."

285/70R17 Duratrac and 17" MB72 = about 79lbs (ship weight in my system)

These will fit on a stock JK. Minor modification (if any) would be needed.

The P metric version of the Terra Grappler in the 285/70R17 (4ply rated) would reduce the package weight to about 71lbs with the 17" MB72

I haven't read any issues with wheel bearings when running 15"MB72's and 33's.

Firestone Destination ATS and MB72's should clear. We don't mail order Firestone tires at this time.
