Agreed- that is standard procedure and I set torque to exactly that when I installed them originally, then after ~50 miles. I re-torqued also after the first re-balancing attempt was made. That was not my issue here-

Well I balanced the two new tires today and they took 7oz of weight. They said its a little much. My wobble now starts at 40mph. My jeep was at firestone for 7hrs today while they kept rotating the tire on the rim to try and make it better. Waiting on mitch to call me back. Im really starting to doubt the duratracs and the 15in black rocks. Theres so much weight on the rims that it hits the brakes.
