15's will fit on 2012 JK???
Let me just say up front I am not a big fan of Discount Tire or America's Tire right now. Especially the Arden store in Sacto, CA. I just recently went down to buy 33's and wheels for my 2012. Frankly I admit I am old school and prefer my tires in the old 33x12.50x17 measurements, instead of all this european metric nonsense. Anyway the wheels I wanted of course were not in stock and possibly no longer carried, but hey just happen to have a set of 285/70r-18 off of a Sahara with stock rims for mucho cheaper. So I am diggin on that and I ask That works for me but are they 33's. Why yes sir they are in fact 33.1" tall. Deal I say and so after all is said and done and $900 later(purchased extra rim and new cooper sst for spare), I drive away a unsuspecting happy man. well 3,00 miles later I am programming in my new tire size on my trick new AEV Procal, measure my tires and see they are a whopping 31.25 inches tall. No I say this cannot be, I BOUGHT 33's so they should be close to 33". Lo and behold they are not 285/70r-18's, they are in fact 285/65r-18's. I run to my computer check out the trusty tire calculator, and doh! My tires are 32.1 inches tall according to mfg however in actuality they are 31.25 inches tall which are shorter than the original tires I had on. So imagine my happiness when i find out I had paid $900 for tires and wheels that were not only smaller than before but with the 18" wheel tires are more expensive. Needless to say their mgr will be getting a visit from very soon.

I just put my new 33/12.50/15 Falken Rocky Mountains mounted on MB72s and not only do they look great but they are soooo quite and the ride is ultra smooth compared to my old MTs. The only thing that I wanted to mention was the final mounted tire height is 31.5". That's a little short of the size I was hoping for. Had I known they would be that far off of the published tire size I may have gone with the 35" version and gotten 33.5" or so out of them.

1. Anything in a 17" rim is not old school....old school is 15" rims.
2. Why didn't you look at the tires first, you should pay attention to what you buy and you should also research before you buy...sounds like it's your fault...I wouldn't blame them for your poor planning...I have had nothing but OUTSTANDing service from Discount Tire, as well as other members of my family.

Foul two - you're flamin' on a company before you've even given them a chance to rectify.
