I have been planning for months to get a set of D2 LED's for my windshield and now I see this. Great, now I don't know what to do.
These make a little more lummens, are less money but have a larger power draw and are larger (take up more space).

Besides the size what's the difference between the 7" and 4"?

Yes, these make about 2,000 lumens more than the D2's, and have pretty much the same beam pattern, although the HID's will far outshine the D2's in terms of distance.

There is no difference between the 4" and 7" besides the size. You might notice that the 4" seem a little brighter, and the beam pattern might be a little narrower, but that's just due to the different sizes of reflectors. If you don't want to put the 7" up on your windshield, the 4" would work great and you'd be more than happy with them.

Thanks!
James

yeah , I was worried about it scratching the paint but it doesnt even touch it, you will be good. I might take the lights off one day when i have time and get them shaved down but for the most part its not an issue.

what about the antenna? Will I need to do something with it so it's not hitting the light?
