Solid differential cover for Dana 44

It worked fine. It's worth noting that although it's tight it does fit with a locker equipped Dana 44.
The reason I'm replacing it is that after my last change I had a leak. I re-did it and still had a leak. I bought a new cover thinking it possibly might be an issue. However, the problem turned out to be some RTV in a couple of holes that kept the fasteners from going in all the way. It seemed tight but it was enough to let it to seep really slowly.
I still have a Solid cover on my front axle.

No, the problem was RTV in the bottom of the holes. I had a leak with the new cover until I resolved that. The bolts pictured are included. I sent you a PM on shipping costs.
