No pocho needed, it should be dry snow being that it is going to be in the teens, should just blow off easy.

Let's hope it's just a little snow. If the creeks get much higher (and it's rained a lot lately), we may not even make it to some of the more interesting trail sections on the ride Saturday.

The below shot was late December after a dry spell. Note the waterline just under the headlights (and steam coming off the radiator).

Looking at the weather report for Scottsboro, AL

Friday Night
Rain or snow or sleet or light freezing rain. Snow and sleet accumulation up to 2 inches. Lows in the lower 30s. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation 100 percent.

Saturday
Cloudy with a chance of rain or snow. Near steady temperature in the mid 30s. North winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation 30 percent.

Saturday Night
Colder. Decreasing clouds. Lows 15 to 20. North winds 10 to 15 mph.



Here is the only Snow I have seen this year.

I picked up a hitch carrier that I'll bring wood on , snow is a good insulator on top of a tent.
