Tellico Information Update!
So I found out today that some of the trails at Tellico have either been closed, shortened or changed to be less difficult. 2wd in some situations.
I'm going to continue to reseach this and see what I find, if anyone else knows of someone who has been in the past month or so, please ask them!

Here is some information I came across!
The Upper Tellico OHV Area is NOT Closed!
September 24th, 2008
There seems to be a perception that is spreading throughout the four wheel drive recreation community that the Upper Tellico OHV Area is closed. That perception is not correct. Currently the only trails closed are Lower 2, Trail 7, Trail 9 and a portion of Trail 8 with the remainder of the trails being open. There is a winter seasonal closure but this only affects the winter months.

30 Days to Tellico!
The 30 day countdown starts tomorrow! I want to get the camping/cabin reservations for the group by the middle of next week! I'll be calling everyone to work out all the details between now and then!

I have a 2dr x, 6sp with 255/75/17 (stock rubi) tires, shrockworks mid-width, warn 9.5ti.
no lift yet, no rock sliders or extra armor underneath. Is my rig capable or would I have to bypass quite a bit of the action?
