Tellico OHV Trip!
I'd like to plan a trip to Tellico (located near Murphy, NC) during October or November!
I will base the most popular date off the poll info. Any further suggestions or ideas, please post!

Are you a stock Rubicon?
Rubicon - if yes, you will use your skids and rock rails but will have no problems.
If a Sarah or X - skids and rock rails would help. There are areas where you will be able to go and others you will not (you can ususally drive around obstacles)
Another options is to drive there and park your JK and ride trails with others. There are also maintained dirt roads where you can get to some serious Xtreme trails and watch the action from the side lines.

Are you wanting to wheel it moderatly? I'll wheel mine within reason, I want to drive it home and be able to get to work!
I've seen stock vehicles up there and they were not even jeeps. PM me your email and I'll send you some pictures.

Here are a few pics from our ride there with the Georgia Trailriders last month. There are some easy trails at Tellico and most of the hard stuff has bypasses. A lot of the bypasses can be pretty tough though. I would recommend skids and at least a budget boost for 4 doors.

Bent my rear tire carrier here. Luckily the tailgate only had a very minor ding.
Glen is no longer a Newbie.
Well, what can I say, gotta love Chris.
You know what they say, imitation is the best form of flattery.
This one took a while to clear up. Jason attempted the Buggy section of the rock garden at Tellico Cabins.
