Congrats!! Looking good.

While the doors are off, consider performing the door mirror mod - it's free ---->> https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/jk-w...-mirrors-1291/ .

38s, why the odd size? Why not 37s or 40s?
Get ready for more than serious axle swap and gearing, better also pull out the saws to trim the pinch seam and fenders.

Used 38s I got a deal on. Family friend with them on another truck. Fenders are trimmed because I got bored. I know I got to do the pinch seams and adjustable control arms. I also gotta fix the can bolts in the front and want to upgrade mysteering

Default Huntsville area trails

Does anyone know of any light trails nearby? Nothing too difficult, just to get off-road with the family one afternoon...Preferably legal with unarmed owners...lol. Thanks.

East of Huntsville, then to the north but they are all somewhat difficult to locate if you arent familiar with the area.
Get yourself some Rugged Ridge mirror relocation brackets so you can put the mirrors back on the Jeep if you are going to drive around without the doors.

Please do yourself a favor and read the reviews on these first though - if I remember correctly (and I may not be) the RR relocates the passenger side mirror to a position where it's 75% useless when the doors are back on. Here's a very recent thread on mirrors with some ideas ---->> https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/modi...-again-237066/

True about the passenger side. I just lean over a little bit so I can see it.
Also, dont believe everything you read as there are a lot of uneducated opinions on here. Check everything out for yourself or talk to someone who has actually tried or used what you are looking for.
