There are no trail numbers - you were on the right track the first time looking for a guide, although I gained my knowledge of the area by just driving around a bunch. You're not going to run into too much trouble, and if you think it's coming, you can just turn around and try another trail.

If it's a pretty weekend when you come up, I'll come join you (i.e., guide), but my days of deliberately wheeling in mud and slopfests is over even if the sun comes out after prodigious downpours.

Greetings from the 'stan. I'll tell ya, this place has the potential to be the worlds greatest ORP. Haven't seen any Jeeps yet (close knockoffs though), but there are a few vehicles that at least look trail rated.
