Been keeping busy with no power
I have been pretty busy keeping myself entertained this week, without power and all.
So i decided to see how the jeep looked without front doors, and i think i really like it.
Then i decided to to black out my grill.
Doesn't she look kinda sad without a nose.
But the blacked out grill looks pretty kickin', if i do say so myself.
It was really a pretty easy project, it took less than an afternoon, and 1 can of spray-on bedliner and it was done.
And lastly, for Justin, i thought you might like it.

Never mind the fender, that nasty looking fuel door needs some attention - a little elbow grease will bring back the original mirror polish of that bling.
On another note, I saw that Huntsville Utilities was "asked" by TVA to slow down their restoration of the power grid. Apparently, TVA is still struggling with the main distribution nodes that went down, and can't handle additional loads to the lines they have partially repaired. Either that, or Enron resurrected itself and has taken over the energy market here in north Alabama.

I got my power back on this morning or maybe it was late last night. I took advantage of the situation and restocked my freezer. Looks like I'm back to pre-power outage levels.
