Personally c gussets would be the first thing I would get. I put mine on before I ever had a lift. Also I like the outer sleeves that go around the axle tube making the tube as thick as d60. I've never had a problem with the tubes bending... It's all about how you drive Everyone told me 42s and factory axle was retarded, but they were wrong

Most of, if not all of the axle shaft failures, at least here in the South, have been in the rear. Gussets are used typically in the front to strengthen the C's so while not directly related to the axle failures we've experienced, they're still not a bad idea especially if you're running 35's or larger.
I've seen a silver Unlimited here locally with the C's gusseted. Looked good.

Why didn't you wheel with us this weekend?

Do you have lifetime warranty? I have heard of the dealers wanting to get people to give up their Jeeps to get the lifetime warranties off of the road.

. . . but not until you got one or two new replacement axles if I remember correctly. I was incensed when reading that the dealership "suggested" you were being a bit rough on the drive train (No where in the owner's manual does it say we can't fly our Jeeps).
