I have had no luck with balancing beads in anything I've tried them in other than OTR trucks and RV's....They run 110 psi in their tires which causes the tires not to bulge as much at the road surface and the tires are very rigid...
I have tried beads when I had a 2006 Ram 2500 w/37's and they didn't work unless I had 65 psi in the tires and at 65 up on a very smooth road...if you hit a large bump/pot hole the beads would be disrupted and it would shake pretty bad until they balanced out again...Needless to say I took the beads out and balanced my tires the traditional way...
I don't recommend them for our use....they are great for OTR trucks with dual wheels especially for fleet use, but most OTR truck owners/operators still balance their steer tires on a traditional balancer.
