its not fully on scary DW yet...but I have noticed it a few times. Especially if I hit a bump

Oh yeah, now have that teraflex stabilizer sitting in the garage if anybody wants it. Looks like the stock one with a TF sticker on it. Free to first person who asks.
Can you tell a difference with the new set up?

im assuming the "death wobble" isnt trying to cross hwy 72 after too many adult beverages? soooo what is it? and should i be concerned with large tires?

Death Wobble is a severe vibration from the front end of the Jeep, usually occuring after hitting a bump while travelling down the road. And it isn't just a little shimmy or vibration, it is like the entire Jeep is shaking itself to death. If you ever have it, you will know. If it does occur, only way to make it stop is to pull over and come to a complete stop.

I had it happen once in my old lifted '95 Grand Cherokee, going down the interstate while pulling a boat. Scared the hell outta me. I don't know of a definitive answer to what causes it, but most folks think it is due to worn out components (ball joints, tie rod ends, mis-aligned front ends, etc.). Maybe the act of towing the boat + some worn out component + the bumpy interstate all added up to it. It never happened again after that one time.

As long as your front end is in good shape, larger tires won't be a issue.

I had it on mine after the lift install. Turned out to be loose components during the install.
