To me thats the best part of fixing up my Jk is installing the mods myself. Why would you need new rims for larger tires? You could always trim your fenders, a little cheaper than buying flat fenders.
I'll help ya out with any mods if you need some assistance.

And occupy ourselves less with arranging rock landscapes . . .

We may do something locally in a couple of weeks. Still catching up with chores around the house though - by the way, how much do you charge for landscaping work?

I posted a thread on soft top rehab for those of us running soft tops. Really happy with how it came out.

Default Extreme 4x4

Anybody watch Extreme 4x4 yesterday and the TJ and JK they had out on the trail? The JK had a lot of new aluminum body protection products from GenRight. Pretty cool.

Default Re-gear shop suggestion

I'm needing a good reliable shop near Nashville (I live in West and work in Nashville) that can install 5.13s for me. I have a 4 door X. I haven't ordered the gears yet but am looking to get this done quickly. Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance.

I've heard from another TN JKer that Essentially Offroad in Murfreeboro is good ( http://essentiallyoffroad.com/ ). Locally in Huntsville we have Rocket City Off Road.
