Deepsouth4x4 Greater New Orleans Area Jeep & Greet

All Jeep and 4x4 owners, come join us for a casual no pressure get-together. Park, socialize, mingle and check-out the other rigs and modifications. Like the time-honored classic hot-rod and bike-night style gatherings, this sort of environment is a great way to meet other enthusiasts. All 4x4's welcome!

While there, grab some info on the new Deepsouth4x4 club and get involved! This is likely to become a regular event depending on interest and turn-out. Stay Tuned for more info on club events and happenings.

We are planning to grill free Hot-Dogs. Drinks can be purchased at Waloo's.

This is great man. I will print some flyers out and hand them to the Jeeps I know at UNO, preferably the JK's . Only thing is I may not be there for it, my birthday is November 17th and I took vacation to head out to California to visit some friends! We'll see though. Hopefully there will be a great turnout so we can do it again.

Sounds like a great idea. If my schedule permits, I will be there. I have been looking for a 4 X 4 club to join.

Just so everyone knows, this is the FIRST one, not the only one. There will be more to follow, so enjoy your vacations and know that we will do another one in the near future. At this point I think we are looking at doing one every other week on Thursdays, and one every alternating week on Fridays, or something along thoser lines if there is interest.

If at all possible it would be great to have everyone make it for a very strong initial showing, but if we waited for a date that everyone could make it we'd wait forever and get stuck in the planning stages forever. We decided to just pick a date and go for it to get the ball rolling, but rest assured that this is not a one time deal.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone over the course of the next couple meets.

BTW Dave, I'm loving the logo. Nicely done. That's going to make a damn good looking sticker.

 

Yeah, we knew the date would be bad for some, but you can't always please everyone... we just picked a date and location and pulled the trigger. As DoubleZero stated, this will be the first of hopefully many such events coming to our area. We'll likely have one somewhere between Thanksgiving and X-mas... stay tuned.

I'm glad to see so many interested! I'd be happy with a dozen or so to turnout for our first run. If you can't make it but have a friend who can, pass the word.
