I was planning on going to the Knob this weekend. I just sent my info to the GAtrailriders email... I'm just not crazy about clubs, though. I've had too many bad experiences. We'll see how it goes...

i joined becuase there are no dues, no required meetings, no required parts on ur rig. Just guys who like to wheel, wheel legally, and smart. Some have better rigs than others but they all know when to bow out and say this is to much for my rig and they will watch or ride with others.

I went to the website, but did not see anything about the ride. Do you have any other details?

Thanks,

Joe

I am looking forward to it....I'll keep checking back to see when you all are going again....

Generally is it just the guys, or is it acceptable to bring the wife and kids?

Thanks for the info....looking forward to seeing the pics and making a ride with you all.

For a ride such as Beasley Knob, how well would my basically stock (2.5" lift with 32's) JK do?

Do I need a little larger tires before heading up there?

i think u would do fine. I have a 2" body spacer lift and 35" tires. we had a CJ with us that was almost stock besides bumpers and bigger tires and he did everything we did. all about how u take the obstacle
