A few of us were talking about what to do about the lack of a rear view mirror when you remove the doors so I came up with this.

did mine with the Walmart ones this weekend. 4wheelparts and my neighbor both thought I had a brilliant idea. sorry I didn't tell them it was yours.

what diameter are yours? mine seem to be smaller, but for 97 cents each I am happy to dump and buy others.

i tried it a while back... i got the adjustable ones and they prevented me from opening my air vents.

the alternative is to use a velcro backing i assume

one small piece of velcro and off they come and into the glove box till the next time the top comes off.

They had 3 different sizes at Advanced Auto Parts. (small med and large) I got the med ones, couldn't see crap out of the smalls and I thought the large ones even though better looked funky.

Nice idea. I've been trying to solve this issue on the cheap for months. I'm going to get those tonight. I keep telling my wife to get me a pair of sides that bolt in the hinge for my birthday... hope she was listening. LOL!
