Well, I kind of had to... I blew those out up at Big Bear the next weekend after we put them on. I got to the top of a hill that wasn't easy to get up and I looked underneath for any damage and I had some fluid leaking. After looking around it was pretty obvious that the front passenger shock had let go... there was fluid all over the wheel well. Then a few hours later, same thing on the driver rear.

I put the Bilstein 5100's on it. I put the long arm's on the rear and short arm's on the front. It rides really nice now. I can barely feel speed bumps when I hit them.

I sent you a text on Sunday at the airshow. I was going to try and find you if you were working so I could tell you all about it.

See you in a few weeks.

I can't believe they blew like that! Well at least you got a chance to upgrade quickly. Sorry I didn't meet up with you at the airshow, I didn't get your text until Monday morning. I didn't have my phone on me while I was up there. I can't wait to see all the upgrades Thursday evening!

Here's a dumb question:

Since I've never been to one of these before, and only met sm_rubi once back in June (sorry Frank, I don't remember what you look like), how will I find everyone?

 

That's easy... you will be able to smell us. We're the group that smells like gear oil.

Actually we all kind of hang out in the parking lot kicking tires so it should be easy to find us.

 

Yeah, who am I kidding... I'll be there!!
