GREAT Turn out tonight!

I had a great time! BIG thanks to Bully17 (Jeff) for coming to get me after my Jeep refused to start. For those who weren't there, here's what happened. I get in the Jeep to head to San Marcos, turn the key only to get a "click, cough" sound. Like it was trying to start to turn over, but not quiet making it. I tried jummping it off a neighbors tundra with no luck, even let it sit connected for 10-15 minutes with no change in results. Let everyone know, and Jeff said he would come get me. He did, and I had a great time seeing everyone and having some STRONG margaritas .

Now the weird part...
As Jeff is pulling into my complex to drop me off at home, I make the comment of how funny it would be if I were to be able to start the Jeep. Well I decided to give it a try, mainly to get another listen to the "click, cough" sound I was getting. Sure as hell, it fired right up like there was never a problem with it at all. Effin WEIRD!!! I don't get it. It couldn't be a short because NOTHING moved, nothing shifted, etc. from the time of the last failed start... Any ideas???

SoCal Peeps

Sorry I couldn't make it tonight. I came home from surfing and I had 3 neighbors in my driveway.

I was Kid Knapped!!!!!

I know I am aging myself but Does anyone remember the band WAR?

Low Rider, Why can't we be friends were there big hits.

Anyway they were playing in our park down the street.

So I caved to peer pressure and kids pouty faces.

I sure would have enjoyed seein gyo all and meeting some new faces.

Pizza Nova looked like an awesome place.

Gryphon,
Funny you are having issues starting. I am experiencing the same thing.

First time a jump worked and I drove straight to the Dealer. They ended up replacing the battery ( bad cell). I thought evrey thing was fine until today same thing. Tried 3 times I didn't want to start.

I am thinking OOH GREAT, then I go to get out and open the door. All the lights on the dashboard blinked. I say to myself very strange. Put the key in and TAADAAA!! car starts

How bizarre is that?

Well back to the S&G

Sorry I missed it but he concert was great.

Hopefully I wil see you all soon.

Those going to BB have a fantastic run.

Dave

Awesome time guys! Let's do it again sometime.

It was great to meet everyone and talk a little shop.

sm_rubi (Frank) I know you say you're bad with names, but everytime I see you, you're the guy doing all the introductions and the greets...if you're bad with names, then I'm off the chart horrendous! Anyhow, thanks for the introductions and what-not.

Justin, how in the world have I not seen your Jeep EVER!? For those that don't know, we found out that we live within 50 YARDS of each other...and I'm not exaggerating. Neither of us have seen the other, and I've been living there for just over 2 years. Thank goodness for Suds-n-grub, or I'd never meet anyone.

Okay, back to work for me...did I mention I hate working on weekends? Oh, well...i guess it'll pay for the bumper I ordered last night. Finally.

Wish I could have made it. The wife is pregnant with our first child and has not been feeling well lately.
