Keep your fingers crossed and your ringer volume on high

definitely be careful you guys. recoverys like this can turn into a big mess in a real hurry. take your time and think safe - don't take any unnecessary chances.

Hopefully it will be dryish by the time we head out there. Luckily we have a good group of Jeeps to help. I got a new SLR on black friday so I will post pics.

Thank you all for doing what you are doing---I will meet you at the Oggi's at 12---if you don't mind, it would be great if i could ride along with you so the guy who came and picked me up today doesn't have to make a trip down there also. Let me know if this works.

What to do

Contact Brown Field Border Patrol Station at (619) 661-3141
and tell them your intent of recovering a vehicle in the otay mountains area.

And see if the Border Patrol agent that help you could assist you again

P.S. lesson learned always take two jeeps, never go it alone in bad weather
