That's a great idea ... Always good to learn what the stock jeep can do.

The stock Jeep can do anything this trail has to offer. It is pretty mild except for one rocky climb. Even at that, there are easier lines to take. All in all it is a great trip for beginners as well as non beginners. There are a couple of fun water crossings too, although we haven't had much rain this year but someone said the one was about 18" deep.

Looks like The Rev will be solo, so you can check out what a 2.5" BB is like too!

God I'd LOVE to go. My dad lives in Borrego Springs... right off Lazy S drive.

Unfortunately I'd have to drive my Jeep from Lexington, KY all the way out there to go.

Not gonna happen anytime soon!

He does tell me he sees Jeeps somewhat regularly around there.

No KIDDIN!

He has an old Dodge Dakota. Don't think it'd make it. He's one of them old desert dwellers that views us as "them young wipper snappers" and what not. He is definetely a different era. Gotta love him.

bummer to see some of you dropping out but for those of you still in for the run, i'm happy to let you know that we will be playing a game on sunday morning and the winner will get an EVO trail table compliments of off road evolution!!

the game is called "over the edge". it is a driver/spotter team game and this is how it works....

• Place a frisbee on the ground approx 30 feet in front of Jeep
• Blind fold the driver
• Have spotter direct the driver to the Frisbee and stop on top of it with the driver side rear wheel

THE CATCH
The driver must be a newbie and they cannot touch the frisbe with any other tire. Also, this game is a timed event with a maximum of one minute. Fastest time wins
