I wouldn't say its really possible to flat spot them, not like the old polyglass tires. You could just put a few miles on them and they'd round back out. I understand on the regearing part, i think with the rubi and 6spd 35s should my max with the stock gears.
oh and yes, a 20# co2 bottle will do a lot of tires. Nothing like air. Since its in a liquid state, when you use it boils and turns into a gas at a very good ratio. I'm no chemist so i cant get any fancier terminology than that lol
i plan on making a mount to lay the tank down on its side while off roading. I usually flip the back seat up for the room. When i need it ill set it on the ground vertical and have at it.

I've been considering that one as well.. My only issue is I want an air tank so I can run a fire truck horn.

Thats another option, isn't too shabby. I'm just too impatient to stand around for 15-20mins+ when its 100* outside to air up I have my 2 small compressors behind the tailight and a mercedes benz small air compressor under the seat for when the co2 isn't there

He's the one I plan on going to when I'm ready to invest in OBA. Right now I'm getting my lift and wheels/tires. Next will be OBA, a Tuffy glove box, and floor mats.

i was also kicking around the idea.. as an alternative... getting a power inverter and a small pancake air compressor that i can leave in the garage and load up when i wheel.. course it takes up some room in the back.. but i would imagine it would work quite well.......
