Why cant I post threads anywhere other than here?

Default Why cant I post threads anywhere other than here?
I want to post a thread under Billboards, but it says i don't have permission?? Im registered, is there something I'm missing?

Where, specifically?

If it's in the 'for sale' areas, you need at least 5 posts.

Yea, thats what I was trying to do...The interface isn't user friendly and I'm super tech savvy. Just doesn't make a lot of sense, but I'm working my way through things.

So this thread that I made and you responded to, does the count as 1 post?!

Nope. "New Member' doesn't count.
