hi there! i'm cross-posting this from the AEV forum, as it might be more appropriate here.
long time lurker, waiting for the perfect time to finally get into the jeep world. happy to say that my order for a 2012 rubicon unlimited with 4.10 auto went in yesterday! the delivery of my jeep will coincide with my immigration (from canada) to the bay area (living in san francisco). probably a few more weeks until i get the keys.
i purchased my jeep knowing fully that i'd be throwing a lift on it with 35's, and i've been a long-time fan of AEV products and installs. this leads to my question:
can the forum please provide recommendations on shops in the bay area that would be kind enough to take my hard-earned money, help me pick out my AEV parts, and do a bang-up job installing? i've read that heading up to concord safety center might be a good idea?
i plan on doing some basic wheeling, nothing fancy. i'm totally new to it, to be brutally honest. if there are any bay area folks on this forum please feel free to say hi! i'd love to meet up with you when i get down there and have you show me the wheeling-ropes, so to speak.
cheers!
ryan
