So close to saying i own my Wrangler... I even touched it today as its sitting in the dealers lot right now. I have to wait until tomorrow though because the guy who deals with fleet vehicles wasnt there. Man o man am i excited!

i didnt get up inside it but from what i saw on the outside theres no scratches... the hinges looked good, there wernt any dents on the door pannels...

only thing i thought was interesting was the back door was open, like not open open but cracked open like it wasnt shut all the way

ill have to get them to detail it before i drive off, it was rather dirty, bird poop and dust

So are you going to live at the dealership until Weds. ? You must be pacing back and forth.

 

I should have never checked the status or read my emails saying it was delivered... this is killing me that its having to sit there almost a week.

 

Well, that sux. I'd be kinda pissed. I am not terribly patient when it comes to this type of thing.

 

Me either. In fact I have never had anything on lay-away and don't mind spending extra $ for next day or second day delivery.

They should at least let you cruise around in it until the paper work arrives.

When mine was enroute, the dealer called me and asked if I could be down before the end of the month to close the deal. They knew I needed a heads-up to sell off some investments that were paying for the JK. But, that only gave them one day to prep it.

I think that applies to all dealers: They're very interested in closing the deal at the end of the month to make their quotas. Anytime before that, and they may not be in too much of a hurry.
