Hey! Found this forum while scoping out accessories for my Jeep. I'm a first time owner, but long time enthusiast. A Jeep was never the practical choice for my day to day driving but I finally bit the bullet for a "toy".

I don't plan on heavily modding it for offroading, just the occasional off map adventure.

Actually, the main instigator that finally pushed me to purchase was for a trip my son and I had been planning since he was in middle school. We left New Orleans, headed for the Westcoast and back. Stops in Tombstone, Joshua Tree, Newport/Huntington, Los Angeles, Vegas then on to Utah for a very nice stay in Zion, Grand Canyon and finally soutbound home...with a quick stop in Roswell for the novelty.



Anyways, I'm looking to get a bikini top for the summer and find some friends sharing the Jeep love.

lol...i know i know. That's why it's taken me over a year to join up a forum like this. I am an Avalanche owner as well, and was a member of the groups and all. Few thousand dollars worth of mods to that one. lol.
