Default New to me JK with a problem?

I've had Cherokees for years but this is my first Wrangler. Still have our old 91 XJ @330k miles.
I've owned it for a month now and have been through the carwash a few times, but this week I ended up with water on the passenger side floor. Every time I cut on the fan it drips in even more and it's been 4 days now.
Suggestions what to look for?
Thanks

I'm not horribly mechanical. Where is that? Hubby's the mechanic but battling leukemia and chemo so he's not feeling up to much at the moment.
