You went to the Rubicon already? Did you actually complete the trail with a stock Rubi? I've heard that's doable, but the Jeep doesn't often come out looking exactly the same as it did going in, lol.

I wish, I played around near the Loon Lake trail head. I figured i would wait until at least the second payment for the custom body work... I am looking forward to completing the trail (i only made it as far as Rubicon Springs with my old jeep).

I think I would recommend starting with some recovery equipment. My new Jeep pushed me to listen to the call of the wild and I really needed a snatch strap, hi-lift with winch kit, first aid kit etc. to get started safely.

Next I went with an OME lift and winch bumper but everyone will have a different path.

Thanks for the input... How big a tire are you running with the OME lift? A hi-lift jack is certainly high on the priority list, i can't count the number of times it saved me with my YJ...
