New To The JK Club
Hey Guys and Gals, Jeremy here. I just bought my first Wrangler yesterday. I have always put my wife and children, my church, and even my job before everything else so my lifelong dream of being a "real Jeep" owner was never realized. I have owned 5 Jeep products, but never the real deal. Since I sell cars for a living I came across a great deal on a 2014 JKU and finally pulled the trigger. I then proceeded to web surf for many hours and came to the conclusion that this is going to get really expensive...and fun. I'm glad to be here and really looking forward to getting to know some folks and learn about this Jeep thing I just bought.

Congratulations on your new Ride... Welcome to the Frat.. JKF is great .. post up your questions on modifications, post up a pic or 2.. My Advise.. drive it for several weeks, check for Jeep Clubs in your area, then go slow on making IT Your Own JKU

Welcome aboard!
I couldn’t agree more with Jay. Find a club, go wheeling and see what you need to do to the Jeep to fit your needs. Few people with a Jeep “need” ten grand or more in parts to go wheeling. You may find you just want a little taller ride and 35’s, or you may find you want/need 40’s to go crawl with the built rigs. The later of the two gets stupid expensive, the first is more affordable. Don’t let people tell you that you need much more than a decent lift and aggressive tires to play hard. You can do an awful lot with just a few modifications.

There are a lot more things you can spend money on then you need... lol, so think and review before you buy. Some things don't go well with others... so keep that in mind when you build. One good thing about this forum is the search feature... you can look up products and see reviews and problems with them from others on the forum... sometimes pics and tricks to installing too! You might not have someone on here "the day" you need help- that has your answer... but in the search bar...you will find years of people and what works!
