Default New Jeep and new area

My name is Jeremy, the wife and I just purchased our first jeep (2011 Wrangler Unlimited Sport). Look forward to chatting with everyone, and hope to meet some people from the local area. We live in the Upper Peninsula Michigan (Houghton) with lots of trails and seasonal roads.. Just need the snow to get out of here so I can install the lift.

Currently planning on installing a Rough Country 3.25in lift with 33 x 12.50 tires. Have experience with Rough Country lifts in the past and love them (have a 5 inch on my 07 silverado).

We are pretty new to the Houghton area as well so if you are from up this way say hi, would like to talk and meet with fellow jeepers from the area.

Jeremy and Kelly

Houghton is a great place to wheel when there's not 300" of snow on the ground. I received my undergrad from MTU. They have a club, MTU Four Wheeler's, that go out every Saturday... not sure if you have to be a student or not but they were a great group of guys when I was there (98-02) and I believe its the oldest organization at Tech. Welcome to the forum.

I have looked into them, I went to their fall bog had a good time other than cold! I actually work at tech in AF ROTC so I am sure I will be able to run into them.
