Default new here, from socal, stationed at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska.

whats up everyone? bought my 09 base model wrangler x as a project... been around cars and motors for a while.. lots of 2 strokes, lots of v/w stuff, subaru's, couple porsche builds, etc. i can also run a lathe, a mill, can weld, and love to fab custom stuff. but i have no shop to do it all in :(

im in the air force, as a c-17 crew chief.. noticed theres a couple air force dudes runnin around, so what up!

i bought my jeep because i've always wanted one frankly, and i needed a 4wd. i bought the base model because it was cheap, and had 0% apr.

so, without power locks, windows, etc it sucks but, i can just add it later. right now im gettin rid of those horrible steelies and throwin some procomp 1089 16's on there with some mickey thompson mtz 33x12.50 and searchin for the right bb. then its on to more fun stuff.

i also own a 1996 mitsu eclipse GSX with about 400hp.

names steve, hope to learn a bunch here, and be a part of the group.

Man your skin must be thick now! But from your pics you are getting the last laugh living in a place where neighbors are probably in the next town...getting so crowded in So Cal
