New Here & Have A Unique Jeep Build
Hello my name is Tyler. I have a 2014 Jeep JKU Unlimited Sahara. I have done a lot of work to my Jeep. Currently I have a 3.5” lift, Fox Shocks, steel bumpers, roof rack, aftermarket lights, light bar and pods, and a couple other things as well. However, here is where my build is unique. I just recently put a 2020 JL Dana 30 on the front of my JKU. Yes not a Dana 44 JL axle but a Dana 30. I couldn’t find hardly any axles near by after messing up my factory Dana 30. I ended up finding a 20,000 mile JL Dana 30 for $400 with everything on it and a tie rod. It had everything from the internals to the break lines with calipers. I have it under my Jeep now with a synergy drag link and Tera flex adjustable control arm. I even wheat ahead and did a truss armor kit on it and used POR15 to paint it. I even installed 4.10 gears and may I add the Dana 30 on the JL is a lot more beefy compared to the JK Dana 30. I even maintained my FAD with custom wiring I did myself to be the only JKU with a FAD. ( I mainly wanted to see if I get better mpg.) if anyone things I should post my build with that axle on here I will. I have some photos and videos.

Welcome. You have pretty sharp steering angles going on there with that much lift. If you find yourself looking for an improvement you might look into a raised TB bracket so you can flip the drag link. Sure looks like a lot of adjustment sleeve showing on that Synergy DL. Their maximum length for the barrel extension is 1", though maybe it is just the picture making your extension look longer. Guessing you might have had to stretch it more due to the additional width of the JL axle.
