New guy, New JKR...but not a virgin ;)
Just wanted to say hi...and thanks.
I have been lurking for awhile, but decided to register to thank folks for all of the great posts that have helped me in the past....and when shopping recently.
I picked up a 2013 JKR on Labor Day...to replace my 2001 TJ, which was rock-solid for 11 years. That TJ replaced a YJ that I had for about 7 years. Had a Samurai for 9 years before that since I couldn't afford a CJ at the time...but wheeled the heck out of it. Also drove an M151 in the Army back in the early 80s...so I may be a bit older than many here.
So far, I can't get the smile off of my face. The JKR is my hands-down favorite...but the TJ set a high bar for reliability, so I am knocking on wood.
