New guy from Florida

Welcome from Rainbow Springs Florida!
Congrats on your new JK!
The wife and I were up in Panama City Beach and Destin about a month ago, and a week after getting my 2 door JK. We love the beaches in that area, though it was cold when we were there. No doubt, they ruined Panama City Beach with all the high rises, (I was through there 20 years ago, didn't recognice a thing!) but Destin was very nice. We explored all the beach parks from Cape San Blas to Destin. I think Jeeps are perfect for your area! It made us wonder if we could find jobs there! lol
Top down weather is finally here! You got yours just in time!

Hey Pulmano 1, the Eglin range covers most of the western Florida panhandle. Way too many places to go.
If you turn up 85 from Niceville, Jackson Guard is on the right at the top of the hill. If you walk in and request a permit, they will issue you one after you watch a munitions video. They also give you a map, about 6'x8'!, to reference. Of course, the red zones are off limits but you could really find some great areas to drive. :toung:

I will! The weather here is too awesome. I just need to figure out how to remove the top by myself. I think I am going to my friends housre after work today to help him remove his hard top. Maybe I can get some pics with the top down on here tonight. :toung:
