Hey man! You probably know by now how awesome Colorado is, but winters SUCK!!!
Make sure your tires are good. Denver winters are rough. We lived in Colorado Springs for a while and went to Denver all the time. We had the Goodyear MTR's, and they did NOTHING on those Colorado roads. I had to drive 5 mph or would just start sliding wherever the wind took me. Ha ha! We switched out to the BF Goodrich KO2's, and they made a world of difference being an all terrain. Of course, we moved down south about a month after we bought the new tires, and now we are looking at going back to muds.
