Default My 1st Jeep, NJ

On Saturday I picked up a new 2015 Unlimited Sahara, manual trans, with premium soft top, 3.73 rear, in Anvil.
Looking forwarded to getting to know my way around and this site looks like it will be an extremely valuable resource.

I am planning on running completely stock for a while. I really want to see the stock capabilities, get a feel for any weak spots and then plan out any changes from there. I was an avid off roader back in the mid-late 90's. I had a big '88 Dodge Ramcharger on 38" mudders. I have a feeling that when I get this out on the trails it's going to be fairly capable, at least when compared to that old dodge. I live in southern NJ, our local off-roading consists of sandy trails in the pine barons, some sand pits, and plenty of mud holes. We really don't have any nearby rocky or mountain terrains. edit: Only mod I will be doing right away is replacing the base speakers with the 77KICK10s, I have 2 pairs on order, This sound system is abysmal
