The heat is great, I live in Minnesota the blower motor is almost to powerful and thats a good thing.

I love my 4 door, there is even more room behind the back seat then the 2 door. I haven't even put my backside in the back seat but My kids 13 & 16 say they are great (hope so they'll be sitting in them for about 3000 miles this summer).

We have had snow but not much like closer to the Great Lakes. So I can't comment on snow and the hard top.

I think I need to spend some time at the dealership, have a friend crawl in the back through a two door and compare it, that kind of stuff. What about gearing from the factory? i want to run 31's maybe 33's. Will the 3.21 gearing be okay, or should I go with 3.73? Aftermarket?

Welcome to the site, I grew up outside of Burlington. If you are going to just be using the Jeep on the street 3.21's will be fine, you will get better gas milage, if you are going to be doing any offroading or towing go with the 3.73's.
