Just thought I'd pop in and introduce myself. I owned a 2003 TJ from 2005-2013, where by some streak of stupidity I traded it off on a 2014 JK. Granted, my TJ had an overheating problem, and rather than slowly going through and replacing all the components until I found the right one (although I'm fairly certain it was a blown headgasket) and then possibly risk having to replace a warped head I shed tears and traded it in (and got a decent trade in value, all things considered).

That being said, while there are certain things that I do miss about my TJ, I absolutely love my JK. My TJ never made it off road a ton, although I did right off the bat after I first got it. That came to an end after "funny noises" started and I decided that as I was still in high school, I owed too much on it to tear it up. After owning it for several years, I kinda lost my drive to go offroad with it. My new JK has reawakened this interest, and I hope to eventually turn her into a toy.
