just another newbe
Greetings all-from one of the ancients. My wife and I ordered a 2012 JKUR in Oct 2011 but didn't get it until January 2012. It's the daily driver so isn't likely to see any extreme mods-currently just bumpers, winch and Mopar's 2" lift. I am considering a set of 35" KM2's in an effort to preserve a little more of the metal on the front control arms and the shock mounts.
My Jeep background reaches back a ways, starting when my father bought a 47 2A about 1950. Learned to dive in that rig at a ripe old age of 11 and have been piloting them in one form or another every since. I will admit my true love remains with my 55 Willys CJ3B, but it isn't something I want to make multi hundred mile trips in. More fun than the JK? Yep!
