Default Introduction from Florida Panhandle

Hello all,
After lurking around the site for some time, i figured i would introduce myself.

Although I had wanted a wrangler all my life after being raised with them in Alaska, i finally got around to buying one.
Shortly after I bought mine the wife Loved it and we ended up going back to the dealership and bought her one too!

Mine is a 2011 2dr soft top. Hers is a 2013 Unlimited hard top. Pics to follow

What was your career field? Although I was never stationed here, I moved here from Ellsworth AFB when I got out. After seven years in SD I thought I was ready for some warmer weather. Little did I know that it came with god awful humidity! I look forward to moving back west (we have family in AZ) where we don't walk into a wall of water when we go outside, or all the crazy non driving, inconsiderate wall of tourists! BTW I was AMMO. I was a weapons loader for most of my career. Re-trained into Finance for a few years, then retired. Mostly fighters and some bombers. You got it right about the thick air in the south.
