Smile Hey from Georgia! JK AEV V8 Hemi

Just picked this up today. 2011 JK Rubicon 6 speed manual and full AEV V8 Hemi conversation with the whole accessary kit. Same color as my old 94 YJ with the straight 6 I bought when I was 16; but with more 2 more doors, 2 more cylinders, 2'' bigger tires and 2 inches more of lift.

Wasn't a pre-planed thing, so I'm going to be spending the next week catching up on what all the accessory's do. The rear bumper has a what looks like as gas cap which I don't understand yet. The CB power switch is the window lock rocker switch which I found odd. The roof rack has lights and I'd really like go topless, so gotta figure out a top lift and the light wiring. Front bottom light bar is amber, which I don't know the purpose of that color yet. Winch has a sizable red plug with a good gage wire out the back with a plug type I've never seen before. And the biggest first world problem I have now is getting a ramp for the dogs.

BUT

The biggest issue is the rear view mirror. I cant see anything over that 37'' in the back. I have a backup camera (thank god) but I want to find a way to have that camera on the dash as all times to help use as a rear view. If anyone has any insight on how to make that happen I'd greatly appreciate it. I've already even been looking at new radios to upgrade that whole system, so if there is one out there you know of that allows that, please please please let me know! I will be towing a jet ski with this and I wont be able to see it at all.

Also looking for some free places around the Lake Lanier area to get a feel for it and any other cool trails anyone knows about for a re-beginner in off roading.

nice looking jeep! i bet that is a blast to drive with the hemi. that cap on the rear bumper is most likely a water cap. the AEV bumper has a water tank in it and the had this silly little water pump you could screw on to it. My buddy used to have one and I always gave him shit for it. any time we were out on the trails and my hands got dirty i'd say "where is that dang water pump!!!" rear visibility wth a 37 just is what it is.

Welcome and a word of warning - stay off the go pedal as that hemi has more than enough HP/Tq to pull that gearbox apart.

My aim here is to make you aware not scare you but here is what the NSG370 spec for torque is:
"The NSG370 is quite strong, featuring a 272 ft. lbs. input torque capacity, as claimed by the manufacturer. Output torque limits are between 1100-1300 ft"
Your Hemi has way more than that input value.
