Hey, all. Thought I'd say hi. I'm just about to buy a new JK Freedom in blue. I ran across this forum while shopping. The user name comes from Adventure Rider (Adventure Rider Motorcycle Forum) where I've been a longtime member. I ride a 2005 KTM 950 Adventure. I was thinking about buying an Amp'd colored Jeep to match the bike but just can't pass up the Hydro color on the Freedom. My bike:


I recently rediscovered Jeeps. I hadn't considered buying one, although we had Jeeps on our farm when I was little. This past September, I was riding with a small group over Ophir Pass in Colorado, and my carbed KTM got to a point that it simply would not go anymore. We unloaded the bike, and another rider gunned it up the pass to get it over. That left me and my gear to get to the top. Then this guy pulls up in a black JKU Rubicon and agreed to let me throw my stuff in the back and carry me to the top. As I sat in the back of this Jeep, I was literally shocked at the quality. So, a few months later I find myself buying a Wrangler Freedom. Couldn't be happier.

 

I used to ride too. Always motocross bikes though. My last one was a KX125. Figure next time I buy me another one which I will one day after I slow down with some of the mods for my Jeep, I'll probably buy me a YZF250. I love riding.

Jeep will shock people on what they can do. It blows my mind what I've seen some and even mine get through. They're too much fun. I have no doubt you wont love it! Nice bike by the way.
