Hello From Colorado
Hey All,
Newby here from Colorado (Spgs).
I used to have an 04` Wrangler Sport, but foolishly sold it a few years ago.
Now I have a (new-to-me) 07` Wrangler X. It’s stock except for an 8” subwoofer I mounted under the drivers seat (can't steal it if you don't know it's there). Also, the shiny muffler was annoying me, so I hit it with some flat back exhaust manifold paint to make it subdued. Over time, I’ll mod it more to my tastes, but nothing too fancy. I’ve lurked for a bit, but decided to sign up as this is an excellent place for info. Here’s a couple pics of the sub install and one from tooling around the mountains.
As for my screen name, I have a 1950 Willys Overland Station Wagon.
My folks had it before they had me and I’m in my 40’s. It’s had a frame off rebuild and everything that was rubber, glass, electrical or consumable (water pump, brakes, etc..) was replaced. It’s only a 2WD, but scoots around just fine. It’s a 3 on the tree w/overdrive & a manual foot starter on the lower firewall. Here’s a pic.
So thanks for looking and hope to see ya on the trails
Kyle
